1) Which bulbs will fit my car?
To be sure please check your car handbook under the headlights section. The most common types are H4, H7 and H1, most of the time if you look at your existing bulb in your car it will have some information on the metal rim of the bulb, If you are still unsure or need any further assitance please contact us.

 


2) Do I need to modify my car to use these bulbs?
No, as long as you choose the same type of bulb that is fitted to your car i.e. H4, H7, H1 etc... This information can be found in your car handbook / manual and most times can be found on the metal rim of the bulb that is already fitted to your car, as long as the bulbs that you buy are not marked as rally bulbs or off-road use only then there should not be a problem.

 


3) Are these bulbs road legal?
Yes, unless stated within bulb description as being off road use or rally bulbs.

6) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom.

 


7) Do you ship worldwide?
Please contact us before ordering if you are outside of the UK.

 


8) How long is delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Items will normally be dispatched either the same or next day upon receiving the order, but please allow up to 30 days.
In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of the item you require we will let you know.

If you have allowed up to 7 days and your order has still not been received please contact us.

 


9) What courrier do you use?
Our main courrier is the Royal Mail, but depending on the size of the order we may use City Link.

 


10) Whats your returns policy?
As long as the bulbs are unopened and have not been used you can return them, but please ring us first. due to the type of packaging you should be able to tell if you have bought the correct bulbs with out opening them.

 


11) How do i order from this website?
Click on the manufacture that you are interested in, then the type, once you have seen the bulb you want click the buy button and fill out the form. You will then go through to Pay-Pal.

12 ) What happens if i order the wrong bulb(s)?
Due to the type of box or blister pack that the bulbs come in you should be able to tell if you have bought the correct bulbs before you take them out of the box or blister pack. If you have ordered the wrong bulb(s) please contact us and we will try our best to help you.

 


13 ) What methods of payment do you accept?
At this moment of time we only accept Credit Card via Paypal.
