Free delivery on all orders within Europe

With thousands of satisfied customers, we are dedicated to offering an unbeatable service.

We offer free delivery within Europe and only £3.00 for the rest of the world on all orders. However, if you live outside of the United Kingdom we strongly recommend taking the Royal Mail Airsure service which costs £8.50.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Items will normally be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm) or next working day upon receiving the order, but please allow up to 14 days.

Customers should expect to receive their products within the following times:

• UK: 1 – 2 working days
• Europe: 2 - 7 working days
• Rest of the world: 2 - 14 working days

Non Delivery

If you selected delivery via Royal Mail Airsure, please contact us for a tracking number.

If you opted for our standard delivery service and have allowed up to 14 days after confirmation of us shipping your items then please contact us.

You must contact us within 21 days of the item shipped date; otherwise we will be unable to help.

In the unlikely event we are out of stock for the item you require, we will contact you straight away.

If you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect bulbs and need to return them, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so, as long as your inform us within 7 days upon receipt.

The items must not be opened nor used and must be in a resalable condition. Once you have told us of your decision, you have up to 30 days to return the items – at your expense and responsibility.

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days to inform us of the fault.

Any refunds will be carried out within 30 days of cancellation of the contract. Exchanges will be sent out the same / next working day upon receipt of the original goods.
