1) Which bulbs will fit my car?

If you are unsure which bulbs will fit your car, please use our car bulb finder (found to the top right) to find out. Please note that this is only a guide and we recommend that you check your car handbook or look for the details on your existing bulb.

2) Do I need to modify my car to use these bulbs?

No, most of the bulbs that we sell are just straight replacements that you can swap with your old bulbs.

3) Are these bulbs road legal?

Yes, unless stated within the bulb description as being not road legal. We take care over clearly stating this, and if you are unsure please don't hesitate to contact us.

6) How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within Europe. Please see our postage terms.

7) Do you ship worldwide?

Please contact us if you are ordering from outside Europe.

8) How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Items will normally be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm).If you have allowed up to 7 days and your order has still not been received please contact us.

9) What courier do you use?

Our main courier is the Royal Mail, but depending on the size of the order we may use City Link.

10) What's your returns policy?
As long as the bulbs are unopened and have not been used you can return them, but please ring us first. Due to the type of packaging you should be able to tell if you have bought the correct bulbs with out opening them.

11) How do i order from this website?

Click on the manufacture that you are interested in, then the type, once you have seen the bulb you want click the buy button and fill out the form. You will then go through to Pay-Pal. Please read our terms and conditions.

12 ) What happens if i order the wrong bulb(s)?

Due to the type of box or blister pack that the bulbs come in you should be able to tell if you have bought the correct bulbs before you take them out of the box or blister pack. If you have ordered the wrong bulb(s) please contact us and we will try our best to help you.

13 ) What methods of payment do you accept?

At this moment of time we only accept Paypal or payment over the phone.
