This is just a message to show my appreciation on your policy of customer care. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is in this day and age to find such helpful people who treat customers the way they were treated in years gone past. From initial contact through the internet, ( postage costs and delivery times are exceptional ) to speaking to a very lovely lady ( apologies I did not catch your name ) to then speaking to ‘Dave’. He took time to help and explain the mistakes I had made in attempting to fit the wrong bulbs on my sons car and did this without so much as laughing even though I was berating myself constantly! (ha)

The correct items arrived first thing this morning, again, exceptional delivery, and are all fitted much to my sons delight.

Again, I cannot thank your company and staff enough, you are a credit to your industry and I will recommend and use your services again in the future.

Well a short while ago I ordered some bulbs for my car from Regal Auto Bulbs Ltd. I ordered some Osram nightbreakers as these offered the best price against performance.

Needless to say my bulbs arrived in just over a day! and were well packaged and arrived in full working order. I also found included in my order was some free Philips 501capless blubs with blue vision tinting.

All I can say is that the bulbs are 100% better than the oem items that were fitted to my car, they were easy to fit, and a LOT cheaper than any other online shop or high street shop I could find.

I came across your website after a google search - My first impressions where the search facility was too complicated as I was after bulbs for my Kawasaki ZX6R motorbike.

I then opted to try the on line help facility - wow how helpful was this - the guy I interacted with was brilliant to say the least - helped me find the correct bulbs within minutes and then put me onto a sales person who again was extremelly helpful and my order was delivered the next working day.

Always nice to find a company and website that excels in customer service - I will be sure to pass your details onto all my colleagues and friends.

Got my new osrams today fitted them tonight in the rain. Then went out for a back road blast(doing my bit for the enviroment!) and im well impressed. They seem to cut through the fine rain a bit better and are definatly brighter. Worth every penny.

Got my Phillips Extremes from them, fast, friendly service. "BIIGG" improvement. Dare I state the obvious, but night time riding, the light's were really good, dramaticallty better than OEM.

Bought a pair of Philips X-treme Headlight bulbs as an upgrade to the ones I had, the difference is noticeable and I'm glad I did for the money its well worth the cost. Ordered yesterday, received this morning and fitted this evening!

"Just a little bit of feedback to Regal as I was dealt with by Dave and I recieved 1st class service from him, initially we got the bulbs wrong and I called up a week later on a Sunday afternoon to tell him the right ones and it was not a problem and was sent the correct ones within 2days!

Great service and will definately go back if I need any more bits! Thanks again!"

"I had a pair of Osram lamps in anyway, but the newer ones are much brighter. The older ones are probably just a lower specced bulb? Perfectly happy with the purchase using the special offer discount. Light is whiter than the previous bulbs and from the front of the car, the light coming forward looks much cleaner and brighter. If that makes sense?

Superb customer service. I posted with the website problem and got a prompt response. Excellent attention to detail in looking after their customers. Items arrived next day as I had posted earlier and great communication throughout the order process. Great aftersales care too. Keep up the work Chris (and the rest of the guys in there)."

I just want to say thanks for the super quick delivery. osram night breakers really illuminate the road with a crystal white light. Best lights i've had in any of my cars.
